Raytheon Negotiations

At the Ratification meeting held on Saturday, May 31st, the membership  voted to accept Raytheon’s proposal for a new three year Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 
 

Some members have asked questions regarding the progress of negotiations, and why the Union web site is not updated .  These are valid questions, and the Union Negotiating Committee wishes to make our position clear:

• We will post information when we feel it advances our position in negotiations, or to clarify misleading information disseminated by Raytheon. 
• We do not intend to negotiate through the media, either print or electronic, as we intend to remain focused on obtaining the best agreement possible at the negotiating table.
• It is also important to remember that although the parties have reached tentative agreement on some proposals, each and every tentative agreement is subject to ratification as a package by the membership.
